“Collateral Damage: Farm Families”

The group Save Farm Families is doing a nonfiction film (link to trailer) about the Hudson Farm case , in which RFK Jr.’s Waterkeeper group, backed by a University of Maryland environmental law clinic, sued an Eastern Shore chicken farming family on charges a judge later threw out as unfounded. I wrote about the case’s injustice at the time (as well as covering RFK, Jr.’s, and Waterkeeper’s activities more generally), and look forward to seeing what the filmmakers do with it.
